Regular Processing & Delivery Timeframes 

Generally we will process your order (pick, pack, prepare for dispatch) within 1-3 business days. We ship exclusively with Australia Post via carbon neutral carrier Shippit. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch you will receive an email with tracking details to follow and within a couple of business days you should see it moving towards you.

Due to staff shortages, high volumes of parcels and pick up suspensions in the Australia Post network there are significant delays with standard post and express cannot be guaranteed overnight at the moment.

Shipping Methods
All orders (both standard and express) are shipped with signature on delivery to keep your order safe. Aus Post will text you on day of arrival with option to be left if nobody is home.

Duties and taxes are not included in international orders - please check expected taxes in your country to avoid disappointment on delivery. Vege Threads is not responsible for reimbursement of import taxes you may encounter on delivery. 

Current estimated delivery timeframes below:

    • New Zealand (7-14 business days)
    • North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 business days)
    • Rest of the world (25-30 business days)

Order Changes
If your order has not been booked for dispatch we can adjust your delivery address, however we cannot make changes to items / sizes ordered after an order is placed.

Late or Missing Parcel
We’re here to help – if you have any questions regarding your tracking or parcel whereabouts please email - we will be able to shine some light or follow up directly on your behalf.

We are always here to help with any questions and assist with your tracking. It is important you choose the best shipping method for your circumstance, inputting your address correctly, picking up your parcel from collection point on time and keeping up to date with your tracking. In the case that your parcel is returned to us, there will be shipping costs for resending your parcel. Once a parcel is marked delivered we are unable to claim the contents of your parcel and therefore provide any compensation in the case of theft or delivery to an incorrectly inputted address.

If you are still waiting for your parcel, give it an extra couple of days. Over 98% of parcels are delivered within 2 business days of the last delivery estimate date. If it has been longer than this, get in touch. 

Before submitting an investigation or late parcel inquiry we recommend letting our team handle this for you as there is a chance we will miss the window to claim the contents of your parcel and therefore be out of options to offer you in the rare case your parcel does go missing in transit.
