Our Returns Policy.
Items purchased at full price can be returned within 3 calendar weeks for orders within Australia ( 6 calendar weeks for international ) for a refund or store credit. Garments must be returned in original condition unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and suitable for resale with tags attached.
Please submit a return via our returns portal. Returns must include your order number otherwise our team cannot process your return.
No refunds on sale items or items purchased with a discount. If you have paid full price for your item/s, you are welcome to return for a full refund. Items purchased with a discount, promotional code/reward discount or site wide sale (e.g. 20% off) can be returned for store credit only. Sale section items are final. Afterpay items can be returned for store credit only.

We offer exchange via our online returns portal for same style/colour size swap only. If you wish to exchange for a different style to your original order, you will need to request a store credit.
Items purchased via afterpay can be returned ror store credit or exchange only.
Discount & Final Sale.
Items purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for store credit . Items listed as final sale ( sale section & seconds ) cannot be returned.
Customers will pay for return shipping costs.
We recommend using traceable shipping and checking estimated time of arrival to Derrimut 3026 before sending to avoid disappointment. The responsibility of your items is also passed to you until returning parcel is received.
What are your processing & delivery times?
We aim to process your order (pick, pack & prepare for dispatch) within 1-3 business days. We ship exclusively with Australia Post via carbon neutral carrier Shippit. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch you will receive an email with tracking details to follow. Due to staff shortages, high volumes of parcels and pick up suspensions in the Australia Post network there are significant delays with standard post and express is not guaranteed overnight.

• Rural: Allow additonal 3- 5 days delivery.

• Rest of the world (25-30 business days)
All orders (both standard and express) are shipped with signature on delivery. Australia Post will text you on day of arrival with option to be left if nobody is home.
How much will shipping cost?
Standard : $7 flat rate Australia Wide ( free for orders over $100 )
Express : $15 flat rate
New Zealand - $15 tracked signature on delivery
The rest of the world - $25 tracked signature on delivery
Duties & taxes are not included in international orders. Please check import costs for your country to avoid disappointment. We are not responsible for reimbursement of taxes incurred on delivery.
What if my parcel is late or missing?
We’re here to help! If you have any questions regarding your tracking or parcel please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case that your parcel is returned to us, shipping costs will be charged for re-sending your order. For missing parcels, if a parcel is marked delivered we are unable to claim the contents of your parcel and therefore cannot provide any compensation in the case of theft or delivery to an incorrectly inputted address.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been placed, no changes are permitted. If your order has not been booked for dispatch we can adjust your delivery address only.
What if I receive the incorrect product?
Please email us & your order number to email@example.com. We will ensure the correct item is sent and will arrange a collection for the incorrect item sent.
My item is faulty, what happens now?
Please email an image of the fault or incorrect item and your order number firstname.lastname@example.org 3 days of receiving your order. Goods are deemed faulty if received damaged or improperly manufactured. Items damaged from general wear and tear, by accident, through misuse or improper care and laundering will not be considered faulty.
