Returns now made easier. We've recently made a few updates to our return process and terms, for more flexibility and less paper.
So what's new? All returns will now need to be initiated through our online returns portal. We no longer process exchanges, instead store credit will be issued so you can reorder when you're ready. Our returns period is 21 days for both refund requests and store credit.
We want you to love your Vege Threads pieces. So if for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you're welcome to return within 21 calendar days of receiving your order. This means we need to receive your returning parcel back 3 whole weeks after the day delivered to be eligible for a return. Any orders that are returned outside of this period may not be accepted.
We have two options - return for a refund (minus 5% restocking fee) or return for store credit.
How to Return
If you would like to return your item for a refund or another item, please submit a return via our returns portal.
Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a clear reference to your original order number to:

All refund requests will incur a 5% restocking fee. Only full priced items are eligible for return.
If you would like to exchange, please follow the returns process and request a store credit. Once your original order arrives back to us, we will issue you a gift card that you can use to place a new order for the item(s) you would like instead.
You will need to pay for your own return shipping costs. Once returned all outgoing shipping is on us for orders over $100. Orders under $100 are eligible for free shipping too if you are purchasing at full price and it's your first exchange. We will send you a unique shipping code once your return is processed.
We recommend using traceable shipping and checking estimated time of arrival to Northcote 3070 before sending to avoid disappointment. The responsibility of your items is also passed to you until returning parcel is received.
Discounts & Final Sale
All items purchased at a discount are final. Due to hygiene reasons, sun socks are final sale.
Cancellations & Pre Order
If you have changed your mind after ordering prior to dispatch for regular items, we can cancel your order and issue a refund however a 5% restocking fee applies. Cancellation requests for pre order items can only be issued store credit, please choose carefully.
Garments must be returned in original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and suitable for resale. Including marks made when trying on at home, we recommend removing makeup and deodorant to be safe. For hygiene reasons swim & intimate bottoms must be tried on with underwear.
Incorrect or Faulty Item
Please email an image of the fault or incorrect item and your order number firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
We have a 30 days faulty claims period in which we can offer repair, replacement or refund options. Goods are only deemed faulty if received damaged or improperly manufactured. Items damaged from general wear and tear, by accident, through misuse or improper care and laundering will not be considered faulty.
