Extended Christmas Returns
Enjoy extended returns on all orders placed between 26th - November to 24th December. Eligible items purchased during this time frame may be returned up until the 16th of January.

Return Policy
We want you to love and live in your Vege Threads pieces. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, you're welcome to return within 3 calendar weeks for orders within Australia (6 calendar weeks for international) for your choice of a refund or store credit. 

This means we need to receive your returning parcel back within 3 calendar weeks (6 weeks for international) of your delivery date to be eligible for a return. These return periods include public holidays and weekends. Any orders that are returned outside of this period may not be accepted and all return requests are reviewed individually.

How to Return

If you would like to return your item for a refund or another item, please submit a return via our returns portal.


Once lodged, send the item(s) back to us with a clear reference to your return or original order number to:

If you have changed your mind or something isn't quite right and have paid full price for your item/s, you are welcome to return for a full refund. Please note items purchased with a promotional code/reward discount or site wide sale (e.g. 20% off) can only be returned for store credit.

Store Credit
If you would like to exchange, please follow the returns process and request a store credit. Once your original order arrives back to us, we will issue you a gift card that you can use to place a new order for the item(s) you would like instead. Our gift cards have no expiry date.

Please note, once a gift card (store credit) has been issued, it cannot be reversed or redeemed for a refund instead. 

Discounts & Final Sale
All items purchased during a promotional sale are only eligible for store credit on return. Items that are already marked down in our sale section, listed as final sale cannot be returned.

If you have used a bundle of reward code at checkout and need another size we can honour the same discount on the new size, please get in touch with for a code.

Shipping Costs
You will need to pay for your own return shipping costs. Once returned all outgoing shipping is on us for domestic orders over $100. 

We recommend using traceable shipping and checking estimated time of arrival to Derrimut 3026 before sending to avoid disappointment. The responsibility of your items is also passed to you until returning parcel is received.  

Cancellations & Changes
Our warehouse team works fast, so unfortunately once an order has been made, we cannot intercept and cancel your order. Please get in touch asap if you need to make a change.

Returns Terms
Garments must be returned in original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and suitable for resale. Including marks made when trying on at home, we recommend removing makeup and deodorant to be safe. For hygiene reasons swim & intimate bottoms must be tried on with underwear.

Incorrect or Faulty Item
Please email an image of the fault or incorrect item and your order number within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

We have a 30 days faulty claims period in which we can offer repair, replacement or refund options. Goods are only deemed faulty if received damaged or improperly manufactured. Items damaged from general wear and tear, by accident, through misuse or improper care and laundering will not be considered faulty.
