Since 2018 Vege Threads has been a proud member of 1% for the Planet, a company started by the founders of Patagonia, to create positive impact through business. A percentage of profits of each sale are donated back to our chosen environmental projects and NFP movements locally and around the globe. Some of our recent partners are the Bob Brown Foundation, Sea Shepherd Australia, Surfrider Foundation , WIRES wildlife rescue ,& Oz Harvest. Not only this, we have donated our time on the 1% steering comitee and held beach clean up events in borth Byron and Melbourne.
